Identify the stage first

A failed download, an Android install rejection and a crash after launch have different causes. Record the exact message and app release before changing settings.

Keep a useful problem record

  • Android version and device model.
  • Exact app version and package identifier.
  • Full error wording, with a screenshot kept privately.
  • Date and source of the downloaded file.
  • Whether the problem happened during download, installation or launch.

Protect your data while investigating

Clearing app storage or uninstalling can erase local settings and progress. A request for an OTP, payment, accessibility control or remote screen access is unrelated to resolving a basic APK parse error. Use verified publisher support and keep credentials private.
